Kassette is an open-source data engineering platform designed to collect and distribute workflow data effortlessly.
It is a multi-tenant, multi-platform data integration platform developed by MetaOps, written in Go with PostgreSQL as the database for managing customers, connectors, and delivery queues within the ETL mechanism.
Kassette supports extremely high throughput and can handle virtually unlimited number of pipelines through horizontal scaling.
This solution was developed as a proof of concept (PoC) for a client as an independent customer data platform (CDP) designed to process workflow data. The focus of the PoC was to demonstrate the ability to streamline the ETL process for a set of predefined connectors with enterprise scale. It was implemented in partnership with Anaplan as the primary destination for financial data sourced from business workflow platforms such as Camunda, Flowable, or Pega.
Kassette was first presented at CamundaCon in Berlin in 2024.
